IAMAIPLUS provides training services that are primarily delivered online and in-person. However, for certain courses, we may ship physical materials such as textbooks, workbooks, project kits, certificates, and other learning resources. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of any physical items associated with your enrollment.

Important Note: This policy applies only to physical course materials and certificates. Digital course content is delivered immediately upon enrollment through our online learning platform and is not subject to shipping.

2. Items Subject to Shipping

2.1 Physical Course Materials

The following items may be shipped to enrolled learners, depending on the course:

  • Printed Study Materials: Textbooks, workbooks, reference guides, and printed notes
  • Project Kits: Hardware components, development boards, or equipment for hands-on projects
  • Certificates: Physical certificates upon successful course completion
  • Welcome Kits: Institute branded materials, stationery, and learning aids
  • USB Drives: Pre-loaded with software, tools, or backup course content
  • Lab Equipment: Specialized tools or materials required for practical sessions

2.2 Digital Delivery

Immediate Access: The following items are delivered digitally and do not require shipping:
  • Course videos and lectures
  • PDF study materials and presentations
  • Software licenses and access codes
  • Online assessments and quizzes
  • Learning management system access
  • Digital certificates (e-certificates)
  • Recorded sessions and webinars

3. Shipping Coverage Areas

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship physical materials to all states and union territories within India. Delivery is available to:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural areas (subject to courier service availability)
  • Remote locations (may require additional time)

3.2 International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship physical materials internationally. International learners will receive:

  • All course content in digital format
  • Digital certificates only
  • Option to collect materials in person if visiting India
  • Soft copies of all printed materials

Note: Shipping costs may vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You will be informed of the exact shipping charges before dispatch. Course packages that include materials often have shipping costs built into the total fee.

5. Delivery Timeline

5.1 Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 2-3 business days after enrollment confirmation
  • Material Preparation: Course materials are prepared and packaged within this time
  • Quality Check: All items are inspected before shipping
  • Dispatch: Items are handed over to courier partners

5.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Same City: 1-2 business days
  • Within State: 2-4 business days
  • Metro to Metro: 3-5 business days
  • Metro to Non-Metro: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days or more
Please Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, local holidays, customs clearance, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by courier service providers.

5.3 Expedited Shipping

For urgent requirements, expedited shipping is available at additional cost:

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days within major cities (additional ₹200-₹500)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Bengaluru only (additional ₹300-₹600)

6. Order Tracking

How to Track Your Shipment

  1. Receive Tracking Information
    You will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch
  2. Check Tracking Link
    Click the tracking link provided in the email or visit the courier's website
  3. Enter Details
    Enter your tracking number or AWB number on the courier's tracking page
  4. Monitor Progress
    Check regular updates on your package's location and estimated delivery
  5. Contact Support
    If tracking shows no movement for 3+ days, contact our shipping department

6.1 Tracking Issues

If you encounter tracking problems:

  • Wait 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate
  • Check spam/junk folder for tracking emails
  • Contact shipping@iamaiplus.com with your enrollment number
  • Provide your order details and shipping address for verification

7. Delivery Process

7.1 Address Verification

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address during enrollment
  • Include landmark references for easy location
  • Provide an alternate phone number if available
  • Specify any delivery preferences (e.g., gate number, building name)
  • Update address promptly if you relocate before delivery

7.2 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts
  • You will receive call/SMS notification before each attempt
  • If delivery fails, package returns to local courier hub
  • You can arrange pickup from the courier office
  • After 3 failed attempts, package returns to IAMAIPLUS

7.3 Receiving Your Package

When receiving your delivery:

  • Valid photo ID is required for verification
  • Inspect the package for external damage before accepting
  • Sign the delivery receipt or provide OTP/e-signature
  • Open and check contents immediately after delivery
  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

8.1 Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept if outer packaging is severely damaged
  2. Take photos of the damaged package before opening
  3. Document contents if you accept the package
  4. Contact us immediately at shipping@iamaiplus.com
  5. Provide details: Photos, order number, and description of damage
  6. Keep packaging: Retain all packaging materials for inspection

8.2 Missing or Incomplete Items

If items are missing from your package:

  • Check all compartments and packaging thoroughly
  • Review your order confirmation for what should be included
  • Contact us within 48 hours with order details
  • We will investigate and ship missing items at no additional cost

8.3 Lost Shipment

If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
  • Verify the delivery address on tracking information
  • Contact the courier company's customer service
  • File a complaint with tracking details
  • Notify us at shipping@iamaiplus.com
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange replacement if confirmed lost
Replacement Policy: We will ship replacement items at no cost if the original shipment is confirmed lost or damaged during transit. However, repeated delivery failures due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur additional charges.

9. Address Changes

9.1 Before Dispatch

If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch:

  • Contact us immediately at shipping@iamaiplus.com
  • Provide your enrollment number and new complete address
  • Address changes are free before dispatch
  • Allow 24 hours for address update processing

9.2 After Dispatch

Once the package is dispatched:

  • Contact the courier company directly using your tracking number
  • Request address change or re-routing (may incur courier charges)
  • Alternative: Let package return to us and we'll re-ship (₹150-₹300 re-shipping fee)
  • Some couriers don't allow address changes in transit

10. Returns and Exchanges

10.1 Eligible Returns

Course materials can be returned only if:

  • Items received are damaged or defective
  • Wrong items were shipped
  • Items are missing from the package
  • Quality issues with printed materials
  • Your enrollment was cancelled within the refund period

10.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Digital content (already downloaded or accessed)
  • Opened or used materials (unless defective)
  • Software or USB drives with broken seals
  • Personalized or customized materials
  • Materials older than 15 days from delivery

10.3 Return Process

  1. Contact shipping@iamaiplus.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number, photos, and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to provided return address (return shipping cost may apply)
  6. Receive replacement or refund after inspection

11. Certificate Delivery

11.1 Physical Certificates

Upon successful course completion:

  • Certificates are printed within 7-10 business days
  • Shipped via courier to registered address
  • Tracking information provided
  • Delivery takes 3-7 business days based on location
  • Standard shipping cost: ₹50

11.2 Digital Certificates

All learners receive e-certificates:

  • Delivered immediately upon course completion
  • Sent to registered email address
  • Available for download from learning portal
  • Verifiable through QR code
  • No shipping required

11.3 Duplicate Certificates

If you need a duplicate certificate:

  • Request via email with enrollment details
  • Processing fee: ₹500 per certificate
  • Shipping charges apply
  • Processing time: 10-15 business days

12. Special Shipping Situations

12.1 Bulk Orders

For corporate enrollments or bulk material orders:

  • Special shipping arrangements available
  • Single delivery point preferred
  • Advance scheduling required
  • Custom packaging available
  • Negotiated shipping rates for large volumes

12.2 PO Box Addresses

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

12.3 College/Office Addresses

When shipping to institutional addresses:

  • Include department/building name
  • Provide recipient name clearly
  • Include phone number of recipient
  • Note any security or access requirements

13. Courier Partners

We partner with reliable courier services for shipping:

  • Primary Partners: Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery
  • Express Delivery: FedEx, DHL (for premium/urgent shipments)
  • Local Delivery: Dunzo, Porter (for same-city deliveries)

We select courier partners based on destination and package requirements to ensure best service.

14. Customs and Taxes

For domestic shipments within India:

  • No customs duties apply
  • GST included in course fees where applicable
  • No additional taxes on delivery

Note: As we currently don't ship internationally, international customs procedures don't apply.

15. Force Majeure

IAMAIPLUS shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Technical infrastructure failures

In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative solutions or provide digital alternatives where possible.
