1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to IAMAIPLUS. By enrolling in any of our training programs or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering for any course.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in our programs or use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Institute" or "We" or "Us" refers to IAMAIPLUS
- "Learner" or "You" refers to any individual enrolled in our training programs
- "Course" refers to any training program, workshop, or educational service offered by the Institute
- "Services" includes all educational, placement support, and related services provided by the Institute
- "Course Materials" includes all documents, code, videos, notes, and other content provided during training
3. Registration and Enrollment
3.1 Accurate Information
Learners must provide accurate, complete, and current personal and contact information at the time of registration. This includes but is not limited to:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address and phone number
- Educational qualifications
- Professional background (if applicable)
Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.
3.2 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approval of an installment plan. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.
3.3 Age Requirements
Learners must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our programs. For learners under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
4. Course Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Requirements
All course fees must be paid in advance unless an installment plan has been specifically agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Online payment gateways
- Approved installment plans
4.2 Installment Plans
Installment plans are subject to approval and may require additional documentation. Failure to make scheduled installment payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and services until payment is received.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payment fees may apply for missed installment deadlines. The Institute reserves the right to suspend enrollment for accounts with overdue payments.
4.4 Pricing Changes
Course fees are subject to change. However, enrolled learners will not be affected by price increases during their course duration.
5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Disciplinary termination
- Voluntary withdrawal after the refund period
- Poor academic performance
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Failure to attend classes without valid reason
6. Course Modifications and Cancellations
6.1 Institute's Right to Modify
The Institute reserves the right to modify the following if necessary:
- Class schedules and timings
- Training instructors
- Course content and curriculum
- Training delivery methods (online/offline)
- Training venue
Learners will be notified of any significant changes at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
6.2 Course Cancellation by Institute
The Institute may cancel or postpone a course due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor unavailability
- Natural disasters or emergencies
- Technical failures
- Government regulations or restrictions
In such cases, learners will receive a full refund or be offered the option to transfer to another batch or course.
7. Attendance and Participation
7.1 Attendance Requirements
Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful course completion. Learners are expected to:
- Attend at least 80% of scheduled classes
- Actively participate in discussions and activities
- Complete assignments and projects on time
- Notify the Institute in advance of any absences
7.2 Impact of Absenteeism
Excessive absenteeism may result in:
- Ineligibility for certification
- Exclusion from placement services
- Requirement to repeat the course (with additional fees)
- Suspension or termination of enrollment
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Expected Behavior
All learners must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times. This includes:
- Treating instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect
- Maintaining a positive learning environment
- Using appropriate language and communication
- Respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Following classroom rules and guidelines
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without refund:
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- Disruption of classes or training sessions
- Unauthorized recording of sessions
- Sharing login credentials or course access
- Verbal or physical threats or violence
- Use of offensive or inappropriate language
- Misuse of Institute resources or facilities
8.3 Disciplinary Action
Violations of the Code of Conduct will be addressed through a fair disciplinary process, which may include:
- Verbal warning
- Written warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent termination without refund
9. Certification Requirements
9.1 Certificate Award
Certificates will be awarded upon meeting all of the following requirements:
- Successful completion of all course modules
- Completion of required assessments with passing grades
- Submission of all required projects
- Minimum 80% attendance
- Full payment of all course fees
- Compliance with the Code of Conduct
9.2 Certificate Withholding
The Institute reserves the right to withhold certificates for:
- Incomplete courses
- Outstanding fee payments
- Academic integrity violations
- Failure to meet minimum requirements
9.3 Certificate Authenticity
All certificates issued by IAMAIPLUS contain security features and can be verified through our official verification system. Forgery or misrepresentation of certificates is illegal and will be prosecuted.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Ownership
All training content, including but not limited to notes, documents, code, videos, presentations, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of IAMAIPLUS and is protected by copyright laws.
10.2 Usage Restrictions
Learners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. Learners may not:
- Share, sell, or distribute course materials without written permission
- Reproduce or copy materials for commercial purposes
- Modify or create derivative works from course content
- Upload or share materials on public platforms or websites
- Transfer access to another individual
10.3 Violations
Unauthorized use or distribution of course materials may result in:
- Immediate termination of enrollment
- Legal action for copyright infringement
- Financial damages and penalties
11. Placement Services
11.1 Availability
Placement support is available for select courses, subject to eligibility criteria and learner performance. Services may include:
- Resume building and review
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Job opportunity notifications
- Career guidance and counseling
- Employer connections and referrals
11.2 No Guarantee
11.3 Eligibility
Access to placement services requires:
- Successful course completion
- Meeting minimum performance standards
- Professional conduct during placement activities
- Compliance with placement service guidelines
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAMAIPLUS shall not be responsible for:
- Personal losses or damages resulting from use of our services
- Technical issues, device problems, or internet connectivity
- Missed opportunities or job prospects
- Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or course progress due to technical failures
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid for the course.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to:
- Collection and use of personal data for educational purposes
- Communication regarding courses and services
- Storage of academic records and performance data
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Grievance Procedure
If you have any concerns or complaints, please follow this process:
- Contact your course instructor or program coordinator
- If unresolved, escalate to the Academic Director
- Submit a formal written complaint to management
- Request mediation if necessary
14.2 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14.3 Arbitration
For disputes that cannot be resolved through internal grievance procedures, both parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration before pursuing litigation.
15. Amendments to Terms
The Institute reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify learners of significant changes through:
- Email notification to registered email addresses
- Announcements on our website and learning platform
- In-class notifications for major policy changes
Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may withdraw from the course subject to the applicable refund policy.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and IAMAIPLUS regarding your enrollment and use of our services.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any IAMAIPLUS course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
